Starting today, the Windows Dev Registration Center will only require a single payment to grant developers the ability to submit applications to both the Windows and the Windows Phone store. This will be a one time payment only, with no annual renewal fee and it will cover you for good like yeah, forevaaaaaa! If you already have a developer account, you do not need to pay renewal fees any longer, you have a lifetime membership already.
